Running Surface and Environmental Problems Eliminated at a Concrete A concrete drainage products manufacturer and distributor in Canada previously used oil and asphalt grindings to control fugitive dust on their main in-plant roadways and loading areas until heavy rains caused the oil to wash off the roadways into an adjacent creek creating a potential environmental risk. Midwest Industrial Supply, Inc. provided a complete and cost effective Soil-Sement® Dust Control Program which includes scheduled maintenance applications. Soil-Sement® penetrates, saturates and bonds surface dust and subbase together to create a complete, hard, dust-free, water resistant and resilient surface. Soil-Sement® does not wash away or leach out of the surface, track onto public roadways or discolor pipe inventory. |

Use of Soil-Sement® has minimized mud conditions, created a clean, smooth running surface, increased load-bearing capacity and greatly reduced potholing and rutting.
