DUST-BUSTER® FOAM TECHNOLOGY

The key to Dust-Buster®’s success is the greatly increased surface area of generated foam and the relatively small amount of water used in treatment, plus the depolarization of that water. The foam is produced using environmentally safe chemical additives and equipment that create millions of foam bubbles. The shredder chamber is continuously filled with expanded foam. This very effective foam blanket smothers, captures and agglomerates particulate matter. It also forms protective barrier that prevents or reduces the intensity of shredder explosions.
