Freeze-FreeŽ freeze conditioning agents are special liquid formulations which are sprayed onto coal before loading into hopper cars, resulting in easy unloading of coal in severe weather conditions.
Freeze-FreeŽ freeze conditioning agents are applied in a fine spray from nozzles located at the conveyor belt drop point as the coal is loaded into hopper cars.
Freeze-FreeŽ freeze conditioning agents are specially formulated for use on coal which will ultimately be used as boiler fuel. It will burn with coal to form harmless gasses which will not contribute to either hot or cold-end corrosion.
Ice crystals that form between treated coal particles are significantly weakened when using Freeze-FreeŽ ...therefore they crumble easily under pressure rather than freezing the coal into an impenetrable mass! Your coal supply can be utilized even in the most severe weather!
