Soil-Sement®
A polymer emulsion blend. Soil-Sement® “cures” and dries clear. It is considered non-hazardous per OSHA and EPA definitions. It is a milky-white liquid that requires dilution with water to aid in penetration into the surface and it obtain optimum moisture for maximum compaction. Soil-Sement is effective on coal piles for moisture penetration, dust and erosion control.
