Keeps Coal & Ash From Sticking to Surfaces

Gravity Plus® is a ready-to-use, special formulation which forms a super-slippery, flexible coating that eliminates sticking.

Gravity Plus® is highly resistant to severe abrasion and impact typical in coal mining and processing...has self-healing action that prolongs coating life...does not chip or flake.

Gravity Plus® is spray applied using a Midwest Custom Chemical Applicator.  Treated surface is ready for use immediately.
Gravity Plus® must be applied for several applications in order that the surface become properly “conditioned”
or coated.

Application

Surface Preparation:

Normally it is sufficient to brush off fines and grit from surface.  The particles of the formulation must come in contact with the metal surface for proper adhesion and abrasion resistance.  If this is not feasible, several liberal applications are recommended during the initial application period.
