Soil-Sement®
A polymer emulsion blend. It is a milky-white liquid that requires dilution with water to aid in penetration into the surface and to obtain optimum moisture for maximum compaction. Soil-Sement® “cures” upon the evaporation of the water and dries clear. It is considered non-hazardous per OSHA and EPA definitions.Road Oyl®

Formulated with the same Synthetic Organic Dust Control™ as EnviroKleen®, but is modified with naturally-occurring resins that work to agglomerate fine silt or clay particles making them larger so they cannot become airborne. EK35® is particularly well suited for applications with heavy equipment or where there is carry-over and spillage. The natural penetration and action of the traffic “work” the EK35® into the surface. Road Pro NT® is a polymer modified asphalt emulsion used as a multi-component dust control agent. It works by penetrating, saturating, then bonding surface dust and aggregate together. Road Pro NT® stabilizes the road base far better than asphalt alone. Its polymer components prevent asphalt tar from softening in summer heat and prevent pull up and sticking to tires and shoes/boots.
We also understand that managing a program in-house is extremely difficult with the internal demands and pressures on developers and contractors. And outsourcing is not necessarily easy. We have the programs that provide either Turnkey Application Service of fugitive dust control products or a guaranteed Dust Control Service Program of monitoring and maintaining the prescribed level of dust control.
