The Car Topper™
A portable or perminant spray system that extends over railcars to apply Soil-Sement® on coal and other materials to keep them from blowing out into the air.Soil-Sement®
A polymer emulsion blend. Soil-Sement® “cures” and dries clear. It is considered non-hazardous per OSHA and EPA definitions. It is particularly effective for environmentally sensitive areas or areas where natural aesthetics are required.
