This letter is to notify you that the State Conservation Commission (Commission) has reviewed the product submission for EnviroKleen and EK35. The product submission review was conducted by the Commission, in cooperation with the Center For Dirt and Gravel Road Studies at Penn State.
The Commission finds that EnviroKleen and EK35 as submitted are in compliance with the Dirt and Gravel Road Maintenance Program's criteria for eligibility in the program. Based on this determination EnviroKleen and EK35 are now eligible for purchase with Dirt and Gravel Road Maintenance Program funds.
The Commission's determination that EnviroKleen and EK35 are in compliance with the Dirt and Gravel Road Maintenance Program's criteris is based on data submitted by Midwest Industrisl Supply, inc. Any changes of the product formulation, processing, manufacturing or any other change or modification of the product or its composition will make this determination null and void.
Please note that the determination of the Commission that this product meets Dirt and Gravel Road Maintenance Program's current product eligibility criteria does not imply or express a guarantee or warranty by the Commission as to the performance or efficacy of this product. Any such guarantee, warranty or claim of performance or efficacy is the sole responsibliity of the product manufacturer.
