Soil-Stabilization/Erosion Control Products
Our soil stabilization and erosion control products are specifically formulated for unpaved roadways, shoulders, paths, trails, slopes, and indoor and outdoor arenas.
They can eliminate up to 98% of erosion problems at the source, whereas mechanical methods may only be 50% effective.
Roads, Shoulders, Paths, Trails
An organic, synthetic fluid that is clear to slightly tinted upon application and will usually make the soil appear darker. It is considered non-hazardous, colorless, and odorless and will not trigger reporting requirements when used properly for NPDES regulations, nor will it create oil-sheen. Does not require dilution with water. Is a process of stabilizing base soils, using native soils, to provide a higher load bearing capacity so that the surface can with stand heavy traffic stresses and weathering. The process utilizes Soil-Sement® Engineered Formula, Samitron installation controls and engineering design practices.
Soil-Sement®
A polymer emulsion blend. Soil-Sement® “cures” and dries clear. It is considered non-hazardous per OSHA and EPA definitions. It is particularly effective for environmentally sensitive areas or areas where natural aesthetics are required.
Soil-Sement® Engineered Formula
A highly engineered formulation of Soil-Sement® developed for applications that require superior dry strength and wet strength properties.
EnviroKleen®
Road-BLDR®
A process of stabilizing base soils, using native aggregate material, to provide a higher load bearing capacity so that the surface can with stand heavy traffic stresses and weathering with a durable, asphalt-like surface. This process utilizes Road Oyl®, Samitron installation controls and engineering design practices to give you an engineered base as tough as concrete.
Indoor & Outdoor Arena Bases
An innovative new arena base builder stabilization system. It provides an engineered, impenetrable, durable surface with superior strength, modulus, elasticity and weather resistance along with long-term effectiveness and performance.
